She was a girl living close to the big city, and he was a farm-state kid parading about the Midwest as an amateur journalist. No, this isn't Superman, surprisingly, but the story of Jenn and Tyler, and it all happened thanks to the Internet and a shared love of writing.

Having been regular contributors to a writing website for a simulataneous period of almost three and a half years, Jenn and Tyler finally began talking in earnest in the closing days of 2011. By February of 2012, they were officially dating, albeit across a distance of 1500 miles. A few airplane visits to and from Kansas and New York later, Tyler had managed to line up a job close to Jenn's home, and so he fianlly made the move to New York to be with her and her dog/adopted son, Dizzy. Eight months, one more dog/adopted daughter, and four fish later, they were engaged to be married.

With less than a year remaining until their wedding, the couple currently resides in Massapequa, NY where she works as a science teacher and he works as a network help desk technician. They spend most of their time playing with their dogs/adopted children, watching Food Network, experimenting with their baking skills, or simply looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together.
